NNF is building product-driven software that solves real operational problems. We work on end-to-end systems — from data pipelines and automation to AI-powered workflows and user-facing applications. As part of our team, you’ll take ownership of meaningful features, tackle real technical challenges, and help shape products used by real businesses. We value people who enjoy building, experimenting, and improving things that actually get used. If you’re excited about working in a small, focused team where your work has visible impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do at NNF

As a Product Designer at NNF, you’ll help shape the products we build from the ground up.

You’ll be part of a small, product-focused team developing real-world software used in production environments.

  • Contribute to product direction and design decisions from early ideas to shipped features
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and well implemented
  • Translate product requirements into clear, usable experiences
  • Iterate on existing products to improve usability, performance, and clarity
  • Take part in design discussions, reviews, and feedback sessions to raise overall product quality

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience designing digital products (web or mobile) in real-world environments
  • Have a strong eye for visual design, layout, spacing, and interaction details
  • Are comfortable working end-to-end — from discovery to delivery
  • Can explain your design decisions clearly and think in terms of users, systems, and business goals
  • Enjoy collaborating closely with developers and product thinkers
  • Using Figma

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Experience designing dashboards, internal tools, or saas products
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI patterns
  • Interest in AI-powered products, automation, or data-driven interfaces
  • Experience working in fast-moving startup or product teams
