These Terms of Use set forth the rules and conditions governing the use of the website ("Site") owned and operated by Kerem Kaya Sole Proprietorship ("NNF") and regulate the rights and obligations of the Parties accordingly. Users further undertake not to engage in any conduct that may hinder or disrupt the operation of the Site by any means, or that infringes or poses a risk of infringement upon the rights of third parties. Otherwise, users acknowledge and accept in advance that they shall be solely responsible for any judicial, administrative, civil, or criminal liabilities arising therefrom.
- Users acknowledge and undertake that any amounts paid by the Company due to damages arising from users’ actions shall be recourseable to the relevant users.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, system delays, inability to access or use the Site, or similar issues arising from users’ devices and/or internet connections. Users acknowledge that access to the Site may be temporarily suspended for improvements or other modifications.
- Unauthorized use or misuse of the Company’s trademarks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, and/or relevant unfair competition legislation.
- Users may visit the Site without providing any personal data or information. However, personal data may be requested where necessary upon the user’s request, such as for correspondence or the exercise of legal rights.
- Users acknowledge and undertake that they are solely responsible for the use of the content available on the Site and for the outcomes of any decisions made based on such content, and that no liability may be attributed to the Site Owner or third-party content providers.
- In the event that users violate these Terms of Use in any manner or engage in conduct that may disrupt the operation of the Site (including but not limited to actions that threaten the general security of the Site, prevent the operation of the Site or the software used therein, involve the use or attempted use of harmful software, unauthorized access, deletion or alteration of information, impose a disproportionate load on the Site, or infringe or risk infringing third-party rights), the user’s access to and use of the Site may be temporarily or permanently suspended. In such cases, the user shall not be entitled to claim any compensation, damages, or losses from the Site Owner.
- The Site and/or the Site Owner shall not be held directly or indirectly liable for any damages, losses, expenses, or claims arising from the acts of users or third parties. Furthermore, the Site and/or the Site Owner shall not be responsible for any damage to users’ computer hardware or other assets resulting from access to or use of the Site, or from downloading any audio, visual, textual information or documents from the Site.
- The use of the Site and the uploading of any data are entirely at the user’s own risk. Preventing malicious or harmful codes or materials, ensuring the accuracy of data input and output, and providing all software and hardware requirements necessary for maintenance, updates, and recovery of any lost data are solely the responsibility of the users.
